as a member of chris's family can i just say to webby that chris was only offered 60 pounds to do that meeting... now ask yourself would you risk your life for 60 pounds??? everyone is making chris out to be the bad guy, this is not the case, in future maybe you should find out the full facts before you comment, i hope this gets cleared up once and for all as this is not fair to chris or his family who have to see his name dragged through the mud when its reading that are the main offenders £60 is a disgrace!

Hi Chris, i would just like to express my sadness to you and your team. i have always enjoyed seeing you race as im a racers supporter, but i was very, very annoyed, like alot of fans that was always behind you whilst you was a racer and then it was mentioned that you pulled out of the end era meeting! This was not a good way of re-paying them of a big thanks, more like an up yours job. Well done in elite 08, dont forget where your roots started to grow and please dont ever grow out of your boots! good luck in 2009. Webby and folks
