EASTBOURNE have appointed Chris Schramm as their number eight squad member for the new season.

Schramm will ride on a full-time basis for Workington in the Premier League but is also keen to make appearances in the top flight.

Eagles boss Trevor Geer said: “Chris was delighted to be asked to be a member of our squad and he is keen to ride in the Elite League whenever the opportunity allows with us.”
